Once Human A Miracle Chase quest guide and Chest location

A Miracle Chase is a quest in Once Human, the latest F2P open-world survival game by developer Starry Studio. While the quest is optional, you can get some useful loot by completing it. You won’t need to fight giant monsters or complete a long and complex chain of tasks to complete this quest. However, there is a quirky mechanic to it and if you fail to solve it, completing the task can be somewhat frustrating.

Once Human is a massive game that requires a lot of grinding and loot to progress. Thus, completing easy side quests like A Miracle Chase is recommended.

With that being said, this guide provides the information needed to complete the A Miracle Chase quest in Once Human.

Guide for the Once Human A Miracle Chase side quest

A Miracle Chase can only be triggered once you interact with a specific NPC on the map. This NPC is simply tagged as “Pilgrim,” and when you find him, he can be seen doing the prayer emote on the edge of a cliff. If you talk to him, he tells you about himself and shares a special riddle, saying the miracle only appears at nightfall.

This triggers the A Miracle Chase sidequest. To find the Pilgrim, you must first find the cliff he stands to pray. This is on the southeastern part of the map. East of the mainland, you should spot a heart-shaped island; if you look closely there is another island just south of it. To find the Pilgrim, go to the northern end of this island, where it meets the mainland. He can be found on a cliff there.

Once you talk to him, the side quest is triggered. You can find the details on your tasks menu. Now you will need to find the angelic statue. This statue is at the far eastern corner of the map. You can use the picture above for reference. Here, walk around a bit and you will find the statue in the bushes.

Come here at or after midnight to find a special Miracle Chest behind the statue. To unlock the chest, go to the statue and perform the prayer emote. Doing this will activate the chest and it will start glowing. Then, walk up to the chest and open it. Collecting the rewards will mark the end of the “A Miracle Chase” side quest.
