The Atomic LIghter deviant in Once Human may be an incredibly difficult unlock for some players. In addition to it not being a guaranteed drop, it’s only found on particular servers. It is an incredibly useful Deviant to have though, as it pertains to crafting Tactical items. The Deviant can help you craft an amazing item to deal damage to monsters - the Fusion Lighter. However, it is not something that everyone will seek out.
However, if you are looking to add the Atomic Lighter deviant to your collection in Once Human, we’re here to help. From where to find it to what to do after unlocking it, here’s what you need to know about this Deviant.
Where to find Atomic Lighter Deviant in Once Human
The Atomic Lighter Deviant in Once Human can be found by completing Securement Silo EX1 in Chalk Peak (2152, -6476). However, it’s not as easy as simply completing the dungeon, picking it up, and leaving. Once you finish the dungeon, it has a chance to drop as your final reward.
To make matters worse, the Atomic Lighter Deviant isn’t even a guaranteed catch when you finally see one. It doesn’t show up in the post-boss inventory. Instead, you’ll know almost immediately when one spawns - it will be floating nearby. Occasionally, you might get lucky enough to see two of them at once, which doubles your chances of success.
During the early phases of the game, the Deviant was only found on PVP servers, but players have recently begun locating it on PVE servers, so this has likely changed. Just grind the dungeon out over and over until the Deviant finally drops. But what’s so great about it?

Unlocking the Atomic Deviant in Once Human allows you to craft the powerful, but chaotic Fusion Lighter. It also periodically grants you the crafting resource Split-Core Cotton. When you have the following resources, you can make Fusion Lighters, which function as a grenade in battle:
- Split-Core Cotton x8
- Acid x4
- Glass x3
Once you have the Glass, Acid, and Cotton, you can craft a few of these handy items. They do random damage and are supposed to grant more items if you kill an enemy with them. If you want to make this Deviant happy, expose it to Red Light, supply it with 10W power, and place a Radio nearby to play music for it.
