Once Human Carnival of Doom quest guide: All choices explored

Carnival of Doom is one of the coolest side quests in Once Human. It is also one of the many side quests that you will come across during your travels around the Island of Nalcott. Carnival of Doom requires you to participate in a game of Russian roulette with a clown called Chuckles. However, this clown has a few tricks up his sleeve.

To put it bluntly, Chuckles will continue to cheat his way to a win, and you won't be able to beat him unless you start to cheat as well. This can be tricky to figure out, but we've got you covered.

Where to find Chuckles in Once Human

To start the Carnival of Doom side quest in Once Human, you will need to interact with a revolver. Doing so will trigger a cutscene and introduce you to Chuckles. This revolver is found in warehouse number 17. To get here, first head to the Rift Anchor Junkyard, which is located at map coordinates (3585, -7065).

While this area requires you to be at least level 19, you shouldn't have too much trouble if all you need to do is complete Carnival of Doom. You only need to deal with around five Rosseta agents before you're able to trigger the side quest.

Now, head to Warehouse 17, deal with all the Rosetta Agents in sight, and take a left. You will come across a glowing revolver. Interacting with this will start the Carnival of Doom side quest.

How to complete the Carnival of Doom side quest in Once Human: Choices you should make

As we mentioned above, Carnival of Doom requires you to defeat Chuckles in a game of Russian roulette. Now, since Chuckles is cheating, it is impossible for you to win. So, before you make a choice on who presses the trigger, use your Mayfly senses to learn about the mysterious black wire in the room. Following this wire will lead you to another room.

This room has another clown inside. This second clown is the one helping Chuckles cheat. Kill him and interact with the terminal in front of him. Once you've interacted with the terminal, you can go back to Chuckles and participate in the game again.

This time, choose to press the trigger yourself, and you will win this round of Russian Roulette. With this, you will have completed the Carnival of Doom side quest.
