The Combo Chipset in Once Human is a craftable item unlocked through the memetic menu that's used to generate income. You can unlock the Combo Chipset through the Memetic Specialization menu on certain levels. Levels such as 15 and 20 will give you the option of choosing a somewhat random perk from the menu.

How to unlock and craft Combo Chipset memetic in Once Human

At certain level intervals in Once Human, you'll be given specialization options to select from. Knowing which of these is the best for you can be difficult, but if you're in need of Energy Links, you should go with the Combo Chipset.

If you're unsure of which specializations you should pick, you can opt to not choose any until you've reached max level in Once Human.

To unlock the Combo Chipset, all you'll need to do is make sure you select it if it becomes available on a level-up. Once you've done this, the recipe will show up in your crafting workbench.

To craft the Combo Chipset, you'll need the following items:

• Special Part x12
• Electronics x30
• Metal scrap x20

With these items in your inventory or storage, you can finish the process by selecting the recipe and pressing the 'F' key (on PC). This will send the newly created Combo Chipset into your inventory, where you can immediately sell it or create more to sell at once.

The Combo Chipset can be used to get Energy Links. At the time of writing, it sells for 12,000 Energy Links, though this could change in later patches.

Once you've created as many Combo Chipsets as you need, get on your Once Human motorcycle and take the items to an NPC trader in any area you choose. Thankfully, all traders in the game will buy and sell for the same prices. This means you don't need to hunt around the world for the best price.

Using this money-making method, you should be able to turn old resources you don't need into Energy Links.
