In Once Human, Hydronaut Fish is a new Deviation added in the 'The Way of Winter' update. You can get several Deviation companions in the game, including this. They are of three types, and they assist you in combat, gathering, or crafting. The Hydronaut Fish is a Territory Deviation and passively works inside your Territory. Clearing Securement Silo EX1

One way for you to get the Hydronaut Fish is by defeating the boss in Securement Silo EX1. It is located in the Onyx Tundra region of northern Nalcott and is designated as a Level 20 area.
Hence, once you reach Level 20, you can clear this Securement Silo and get the Hydronaut Fish as a drop from the boss.

Completing Lowe's quest
The second method of obtaining this Deviation is by picking up the Hydronaut Fish quest from Lowe. For this, you need to meet with Lowe at Whalebone in the Vena Fjord region.
Once you pick up the quest, head to the Petit Harbor and speak to the Hydronaut Fish. You will find the Deviation standing on a table. Upon speaking to him, you will find that he is not interested in coming with you. You will first have to do some tasks for him.
The Deviation will give you the task of catching a fish. Upon doing so, you must go to your Territory and put the fish in a fish tank. Then, go back to the Deviation and talk to it again. After that, you will be able to capture it.

The Hydronaut Fish is a Territory Deviation and will be passively working in your Territory. It will assist you by collecting Sea Water and will also work in the water purification facility to occasionally get fish. Moreover, its presence can increase the efficiency of Water Filters and Brewing Barrels.
