The Large Brake in Once Human can be found in the Red Sands region, specifically at the 2319,-1332 coordinates. It's a small road between the Forsaken Monolith and Stinger's Cove Frontier.

Head to the location and locate four small cones that make a square. Get inside the square and press F to interact. Now, you will be presented with a broken billboard puzzle just above the hill.
