The Ricci Securement Tower in the Iron River region has a small underground base that is a good source of Polluted Water in Once Human, as the area it's in is full of pollutants.

Evergreen (Red Sands region)

This area is very popular among players for building bases. After finding a decent spot, make your base in such a way that half of it is in Polluted Water while the other half is in Non-Polluted Water.

The Blackfell Fallen Zone is right beside the Blackfell Encampment in Red Sands. This location has a large polluted lake from which you can easily farm Polluted Water. However, be careful as the water has crocodiles.

The beach next to the Institute is extremely polluted and is a great place for you to farm Acid and ores. Also, this location has an abundant supply of Startrace ores.
