To start the quest, go to the lighthouse at the southern end of the map and read Denis Copper's journal. This will initiate a quest to find three Rosetta records. The first can be found on an abandoned boat near the lighthouse, and for the second, you'll need to complete a simple puzzle.

Once you reach the location for the second record, move the camera steadily to align two parts of a picture and scan the area. This will reveal the location of the Army record. After obtaining this, proceed to the final location. Here, you'll have to fight an elite enemy that will drop the Rosetta Access Card v2 when defeated.
