Seasons are ongoing events that heavily affect the game, they can be accessed through the Esc menu. After the launch, potentially in-between months, Once Human will have a new Season. Each Season will be divided into phases containing a list of tasks. If the players are successful in completing these tasks, they will be rewarded generously with Season-specific rewards and special currency that can be used in the store.

Each Season may introduce fresh content, NPCs, and even affect the map. During the Close Beta, the game had a season named, “Wrath of the Rift”. Those who were able to complete all the tasks will receive their rewards once the game is out.

Completing Journey tasks rewards the player with Starchrom and Controller. The former can be used to make draws in the Wish Machine, while the latter lets players collect all the benefits from killing bosses.
