Farmside Fright side quest

The Shattered Maiden can be obtained by completing the Farmside Fright side quest, which is given by Lowe at Evergreen Vineyard in Chalk Peak (Coordinates: 1439, -3257). However, you must have completed at least one of Lowe’s earlier quests to undertake this one.

To complete the quest, speak with Lowe and investigate the mysterious scarecrow at the Evergreen Vineyard. The mission involves clearing minor threats and solving environmental puzzles. Once completed, return to Lowe to receive the Shattered Maiden as a reward.

Note that this quest rewards a Level 1 Shattered Maiden and can only be completed once.

Workshop defense events

Alternatively, the Shattered Maiden can be obtained by participating in Workshop Defense events at various locations such as the Brewery Estate and Furnace Lair in Chalk Peak, Refinery Pollution Point (5195, -3778), or Eastern Railway Junction (4526, -5186).

You can initiate the event and participate in it by spending a Blackfell Extraction Permit or Refinery Access Card. Afterward, defend the Production Facility from waves of enemies by setting up barricades with Logs and Gravel, and using Sandbags to block entrances.

Successfully completing the event grants a chance to receive the Shattered Maiden (or a Party Monkey). Grinding Workshop Defense events increase the likelihood of obtaining a higher-level Shattered Maiden.
