You will need to upgrade your Life and Mana Flasks in Path of Exile 2 to ensure a seamless progression throughout the game. This could take a while depending on certain factors, but the process itself is rather easy.
That being said, here is everything you need to know about upgrading your Life and Mana Flasks in Path of Exile 2.
How to get better Life and Mana Flasks in Path of Exile 2?
There are two primary ways to get better Life and Mana Flasks in Path of Exile 2. Both of these involve replacing your current flasks in your inventory. As you explore, level up, and kill enemies, you'll come across better Life and Mana Flasks. Each of these has its perks/buffs, with some flasks restoring more Life/Mana, but having fewer charges.
Higher rarity flasks will come with additional modifiers, prefixes, and suffixes that change the way they behave when used. They will even increase your stats. The perks/buffs are randomized based on RNG.
The other way to get better Life and Mana Flasks in Path of Exile 2 is to use Orbs of Augmentation. This will allow you to add modifiers to the Flasks. However, in the grand scheme of things, finding new flasks is probably the faster (and better) option.

Lastly, you can always purchase Life and Mana flasks from vendors. However, this will cost a pretty penny. It is much better to just find a better flask by defeating enemies in combat, since you'll gain XP and loot simultaneously while doing this.
How do stats work for Life and Mana Flasks in Path of Exile 2?
Perhaps one of the most important things you'll want to look for in flasks is the number of charges they hold and how much HP/Mana they restore. Having a higher replenishment percentage is good, but more charges are always better.
Be sure to read the flask's description, as it will tell you exactly how many changes it can hold. That said, this is something that you will have to figure out through trial and error. Knowing exactly how many charges will be consumed to replenish Life/Mana, will take a bit of experimentation.
The modifiers also play a part in choosing a flask, but remember that the ones you get from Orbs of Augmentation are random. As such, they may not benefit your build. Nevertheless, a flask with more modifiers is usually the better pick.
