The Path of Exile campaign is best to speedrun if you've done it before, as Act 1-10 are considered by most to be the tutorial. If you're a first-time player you may want to take your time, but those returning for a new league will probably want to get it done fast. The more you do new leagues the easier this process will be for you, but if you've only got one or two under your belt this article will help.
In this guide, we will explain how to speedrun Acts 1-10 of the Path of Exile patch 3.25 campaign as quickly as possible.
How to speedrun the Path of Exile campaign
The first and most important aspect of getting through Acts 1-10 quickly is having a proper Path of Exile league starter build. A well-crafted league starter will be designed to get you through the early and mid-game as efficiently as possible. These builds scale their strength very quickly and ensure you won't hit any damage walls against early bosses or difficult enemy waves.
Another important practice for getting through as quickly as possible is to ignore the Path of Exile league mechanics. In general, it will be best for you to skip anything that is not entirely necessary. This may seem counter-intuitive, but you will be able to engage with this content more meaningfully when you're in the late game. This skipped content will also give much better and more long-lasting loot when done at higher levels of play.
The gear you wear while leveling, much like certain mechanics, is also better ignored. Though gearing is one of the most prominent gameplay mechanics in an ARPG, this only really applies to late-game characters. So long as your gear fits your needed skill gems and provides some resistance and damage, you won't need anything more. Spending a lot of time upgrading gear will be a waste when you immediately replace it upon reaching mid-game.
The final bit of important info when trying to speedrun the Path of Exile campaign is to stay within the zone level range at all times. Each zone has a level range that you are meant to be inside of when progressing, such as a level 5 zone or level 8 zone. If you are too far outside of a zone's level, either higher or lower, you will receive a reduced experience. So long as you ensure you are within three levels of a zone, either above or below, you should be fine for avoiding this penalty.
