Destiny 2 mission leaks hint at the return of an iconic location in the game

Saint-14 has been the main topic of Destiny 2 Episode Echoes. The seasonal story brought forth countless shocking revelations surrounding the Exo Titan, who was presumed dead a few years ago. That was the case until the Guardians bent the laws of time to revive him. However, going against certain laws often has penalties, as shown in the current seasonal story.

Major leaks from renowned sources reveal much more that is to come in the Episode Echoes story, especially regarding Saint-14. This article will list some of those reveals in the form of quest objectives in the future of Acts 2 and 3.

Story mission leaks for Destiny 2 Episode Echoes

The story leaks in question here are related to two missions that are scheduled for upcoming weeks. These missions will be tied into the seasonal storyline of "A Rising Chorus," similar to "Mesmerize" from Destiny 2 Echoes Act 1. Note that these missions aren't similar to the Exotic mission and will only act as anchors to the main Episode arc.

The first mission is "Shell," which will have the following main and sub-objectives:

Descend Into Nessus: Follow the source of the transmission into the very center of Nessus.
Take Control of the Access Point: An access point to the Vex Nessian archive network is nearby. Seize it, and open the way to Saint-14's simulated body.
Clear the Area: Defeat the Vex guarding the Nessian Archive access point.
Hack the Access Point to the Nessian Archive: Use the Access Point so Failsafe can hack input coordinates to Saint 14's tomb.
Defeat the Vex: Defeat the Vex emerging from archival simulations across Nessus.
Enter the Portal: Failsafe has opened a portal to a simulation of Saint-14's tomb. Enter and face the dark future.
Approach Saint-14's Tomb: Make your way into an archived simulation from the Infinite Forest.
Return Through the Portal: Saint has retrieved the data Failsafe needs to manipulate the Vex Network into bringing the Conductor to you. Return to the Core.
Defeat Agioktis, Archived Mind: SIMULATION SECURITY NODE TRIPPED. RECALLING: Agioktis, Archived Mind.

The quest steps mentioned above hint at the return of the Saint-14 tomb, which was made by the Vex enemy race to pay respect to the Exo Titan's death. Guardians were given access to the location back in Season of the Dawn, a story that took place five years ago.

The entire seasonal story was rated highly by everyone in the community, making the Saint-14 tomb one of the iconic places in the game.

Another mission called "Siren," which seems to be scheduled for Act 3, has been leaked. Not much is known regarding this mission, except for the fact that the primary objective is to recover the real "Saint-14" from the depths.
