The community has discovered a new secret power of figurines in No Man's Sky. The figurines were considered mere decorative items and thus ignored by most players. But it has come to light that these seemingly useless objects can majorly buff your starship’s maneuverability if used correctly. The figurines in question are of Polo, Artemis, Apollo, -null-, Atlas, and Nada where Polo's is necessary to own for this boost.

A few other things are required for this to work, which we will discuss below. Let’s take a look at this secret power of figurines in No Man's Sky.

Figurines in No Man's Sky increase your starship’s maneuverability

The figurines of Polo and Artemis can be used in the technology slot of your best starships in No Man's Sky boosting their maneuverability. However, they need to be paired with as many starship trails as possible, making it another mandatory item to grab for this to work. Using the Polo figurine alone gives you a whopping 32% maneuverability boost when used in a super-charged slot and a decent 12% maneuverability boost when used in a normal slot. Here is how they need to be arranged in the technology slots of the starship.

Secret power of Artemis and Polo figurines in No Man's Sky

The Artemis figurine can used as a replacement for a starship trail in case you don’t own one, giving you the same amount of maneuverability boost as a single Polo figurine. However, if you have all the starship trails and use both figurines in the middle, the multiplication effect kicks in and you get an insane boost to your starship’s maneuverability, which is not reflected in the numbers in the game. Here is how they need to be arranged in the technology slots of the starship.
