The following perks are recommended on the Shayura's Wrath Submachine Gun for PvE:

Arrowhead Brake for improved recoil control and Handling
Light Mag for increased reload speed and Range
Repulsor Brace for a Void overshield after defeating a target with Void debuff
Destabilizing Rounds for applying volatile debuff on adjacent targets present within a 6.5-meter radius of the defeated target

Shayura's Wrath is not a craftable weapon, so it falls on your luck when it comes to getting the perfect perk combination. Strategist is a decent perk on the third column, with Cascade Point or Kill Clip recommended as alternatives in the fourth column.

Target Lock is still a decent damage perk on Submachine Guns, although it deals five percent less damage than Kill Clip at maximum stack. Harmony is a great perk to have if you plan to have a dual-SMG setup with Peacekeeper Exotic.

How to get Shayura's Wrath in Destiny 2? (2024)

Shayura's Wrath can be focused from Saint-14's inventory in exchange for Trials Engram and Glimmer after you have the weapon in your Collections. In any given week, this firearm's Adept version is available for drop after reaching flawless. Once Shayura's Wrath Adept has been unlocked, it can also be focused from Saint-14.

To focus on weapons, open up Saint-14's inventory and head to the second page followed by the "Focused Decoding" tab. The standard version requires 1 Trials Engram and 25,000 Glimmer, while the Adept version requires 1 Trials Engram, 10 Osirion Cipher, and 50,000 Glimmer.
