Silvegis can be found as a Level 59 Field Alpha Boss south of the Shield Dragon Tunnel teleport point in Feybreak. Its exact coordinates are (-984, -1022). To encounter Silvegis, you must go inside the nearby tunnel at these coordinates.

Alternatively, you can hatch Silvegis from a Huge Dragon Egg. These eggs can be found scattered across various islands or obtained by breeding compatible Pals in a Breeding Farm. Once you have acquired a Huge Dragon Egg, place it in an Egg Incubator and wait for it to hatch.
