The First Descendant Annihilation set: How to get, effects, and more

The First Descendant Annihilation set is an external component set. The First Descendant is a looter shooter that features a limited number of playable characters. However, each of them can be customized to fit the players' playstyles using various mods, external components, and other attachments.

The Annihilation Set can give a powerful boost to skill durations as well as increase weapon damage based on the Descendant's max HP, making this component very effective for Tank-type Descendants. Guide for getting the First Descendant Annihilation set

External components increase HP, DEF, Shield, or elemental resistance. The Annihilation Set is an external component set that requires at least two pieces to get its special perks. To find the First Descendant Annihilation set components, you will have to fight the Devourer Interceptor battle in Hard mode. To get all the components, you will have to farm this boss multiple times.

The Devourer Interceptor battle is quite challenging. The main difficulty of this boss comes from its high defense and HP regeneration abilities. Try to use Descendants like Gley, Bunny, and Freyna to melt its damage. If you are going in with a team, try to have at least one tank like Ajax to sponge its damage.

• Annihilation Auxiliary Power
• Annihilation Memory
• Annihilation Sensor
• Annihilation Processor

Annihilation Set Effects

Effects when having two components equipped:

• Skill Duration +5.7%

Effects when having four components equipped:

• Firearm ATK increases proportionally to the ratio of Max HP to HP lost up to 26%.
• MP Recovery -22%, HP Recovery +16.4 for 10 seconds when HP is 50% or lower, (Cooldown 30s)

If you are using Descendants like Bunny and Gley who are very skill-dependent, then you can equip just two components from the set. The skill duration boost can be very effective for Descendants like them. However, if you are using Ajax or other Descendants who are best played as tanks, then try to equip all four of the First Descendant Annihilation set.
