Here are all the achievements in The First Descendant and a guide on how to get them:

  1. The True Descendant: Get all the achievements/trophies in the game.
  2. Ready to Move On?: Complete the prologue mission, leading you to Albion.
  3. First Sweep Operation: Complete all the missions and Dungeons available in Kingston. This involves three areas: The Destruction, The Fallen Theatre, and Grand Square. It may take over an hour or two, but you can also get some good weapons in Kingston while you're at it.
  4. Hope Within the Dust: Finish all missions and Dungeons available in The Sterile Land.
  5. Knock, Knock! Who is it?: Complete all missions and Dungeons in Vespers.
  6. Pre-emptive Strike for the Future: Talk to Seneca in Albion to intercept a Void Colossi for the first time. In other words, you have to take out the real Grave Walker boss to get this achievement.
  7. I Can See the Future of the Colossi: Although it seems like this means you have to beat all the Void Intercept Battles up to Hard-mode Pyromaniac, that isn't the case. Reportedly, this achievement requires you to beat 10 Void Intercept Battles back to back without closing the game. This also works if you beat the same boss 10 times in a row.
  8. Power! O, Infinite Power!: Reach Mastery lvl 10 by leveling up weapon proficiency and Descendants. Check out our Mastery level-up guide for more information.
  9. Is This How You Insert It?: Insert any Module into a Descendant or weapon.
  10. This Is Great, Sevenfold: Talk to Silion in Albion and enhance a module to Rank 7. Normal rarity modules are the least expensive to enhance, and it is recommended you enhance the 'Increased HP' module to Rank 7 first.
  11. And Combining, to Boot: You can go to Silion and combine four modules to make a new module. Do this process 7 times to get the achievement. Note that you need to be Mastery Rank 9 in order to unlock the ability to combine modules.
  12. Execute Order 77: Other than enhancing or combining, Sillion can also dismantle modules and turn them into Kuiper Shards. Dismantling 77 modules with Silion will unlock this trophy.
  13. Slot Maketh Module: To get this achievement, you have to 'Assign Module socket types' 10 times. Assigning Module Socket type is an action that can only be performed on a lvl 40 Descendant, or a 40 proficiency-level weapon. This also requires Crystallization Catalysts for each Assignment, meaning you need 10 Crystalization Catalysts in total. For more details on this process, check out our guide on Crystalization Catalysts in The First Descendant.
  14. Place for Something Special: Expand a Special-Ammunition (Violet Ammo) weapon's module capacity with 'Max Capacity UP'. The process costs an Energy Activator.
  15. Modules Maketh Descendant: Increase a Descendant's module capacity through 'Max Capcacity UP'.
  16. Ready, Extract, Complete: Use a Workbench in Albion and select “Weapon Level Transmission” to increase a weapon's level. This requires a higher level weapon, and a Phase Exchanger (or Precision Phase exchanger in the case of Ultimate weapons), both of which are consumed in the process.
  17. Growing Possibility: Go to a Workbench and upgrade Enhance an Ultimate weapon's Unique Ability by consuming a duplicate of the same weapon. Requires Mastery Rank 5 or above.
  18. Out of Weapons: Mark 50 weapons as junk in your inventory and dismantle them.
  19. This Reaction's a First: At or above Mastery Rank 6, use a Repair Station to enhance a Reactor. Requires Ion Accelerator.
  20. The Sensible Life of Research: Talk to Anais in Albion and complete a research request. The easiest ones to craft are Phase Exchangers since they only require materials gained from dismantling weapons.
  21. No Hope for the Vulgus: Get an Ultimate tier weapon for the first time. The earliest one you can get is Thunder Cage, which has its own crafting side-quest.
  22. Descendants, Assemble: Get 5 Descendants by buying or researching them.
  23. What Was Always Expected: Get one Descendant to Level 40.
  24. Special Operation Task Squad: Participate in the Kingston Resource Defense mission and clear more than seven waves.
  25. Good Things Happen Twice: In Void interceptor battles, you will need to shoot at the weak points of a Colossi until they start glowing yellow. Once they start glowing yellow, use your grappling hook to remove the part and make the boss stagger. After you have done a boss through the campaign mission, load into the same battle again by talking to Seneca and do this process twice to unlock the achievement.
