The First Descendant Viessa skill breakdown
Viessa’s skills mainly revolve around applying ice shackles debuff. She is mainly a crowd-control character that offers utility to the team composition. Focus on the skills that inflict the Ice Shackles on the enemies to make them slow and easy to kill. Save her DPS skills for large gatherings of enemies. Combine her DPS with debuff skills to perform wipes.
All Viessa Skill modules in The First Descendant
Here are all the unique skill modules for the character:
The First Descendant Viessa build: What are the Best Modules to use?
- Hypothermy – Ice Needle replaces Ice Shackle. It deals continuous damage that increases with each stack (up to 5) but doesn't slow enemies.
- Nimble Fingers – Decreases Skill Cooldowns.
- Skill Extension – Lengthens Skill Durations.
- Skill Expansion – Greatly enlarges Skill Effect Range.
- Chill Specialist – Enhances Chill Skill power.
- Non-Attribute Master – Greatly increases overall Skill Power, with an additional smaller boost to Non-Attribute Skill Power.
- Dual Claws – Use Dual Claws for Sub Attack. Increases Max Module Capacity.
- Entropy Acceleration – Moderately improves Max MP and Skill Critical Hit Damage.
- Energy Collection – Drain MP from enemies.
- MP Accelerant – Moderately increases Skill Duration and Max MP.
- Skill Range Mastery – Boosts Skill Critical Hit Damage and slightly increases Skill Effect Range.
- HP Concentration – Boosts Max HP and Skill Critical Hit Rate.
Viessa mainly depends on her skills to be effective on the battlefield. That’s why the best modules for her focus on reducing the cooldown of her skills as well as increasing the potential of her ice-based abilities. Due to her high MP consumption, it’s a good idea to equip some MP regeneration modules as hell as HP boost so she can stay longer in the field providing support to her allies.
Keep in mind, that the Hypothermy will replace the Ice Shackles skills with Ice needles which will turn Viessa from a debuffer to a DPS class. So, equip if you want to play her as a DPS.
Reactors
Viessa has two tech skills and three fusion skills, which is why the best reactors for Viessa are the ones that boost chill and fusion skills.
