A Sailor's Letter in Throne and Liberty is an Exploration Codex mission that you can come across pretty early in the game, and it is quite easy to complete. In the game, there are various Exploration Codexes, and to make it easier to find them, players are given the missions as soon as they enter a new area on the map. A Sailor's Letter is one such Exploration Codex that you can find in the Windhill Shores.
In this article, we will walk you through the steps you need to follow to complete this exploration mission in Throne and Liberty.
Throne and Liberty: How to achieve A Sailor's Letter Exploration Codex?
In order to begin the A Sailor's Letter mission, you first have to travel to the Windhill Shores, a Level 4 to Level 7 area. You can track your progress from your objectives tab once you enter the region.

There, you have to search for the letter in a bottle, which is located at the Cursed Scar landmark. It is small and hard to spot; however, once you get close to it, you will see an indicator. When you interact with the bottle, it will show you the letter, telling you the location of the Stranded Sailor.

The letter will tell you to travel to another island across the shipwreck. You can choose to either swim to the island or take a boat. Swimming would be the quicker option, as you would need to head to the Kastleton Port in order to get the boat.
When you reach the island, you need to climb up the rocks. Go to the western side of the island, as the rocks there are easier to climb. After climbing for a bit, you will come across Pitons, which you can use to grapple up to the location of the Stranded Sailor.

On reaching the top of the rocks, you will find the skeleton of the Stranded Sailor. You will also find another letter alongside him, which will reward you with the Russet Lutrang morph.
The letter will also lead you to another small island. On swimming there, you will find the shipwrecked treasure chest, which will reward you with the special Chestacean morph and end the quest.
