The Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss is a level 34 entity that you can encounter in this vast MMORPG. It is found in the open world and can be accessed with minimal effort. You are free to charge head-first and try to defeat it solo, but you should probably consider bringing a few friends to make the task easy.
If finding players to help you with this task is proving to be impossible, you can always join a Guild to team up with others. However, the option to square off against Chernobog will only be available after your Guild reaches level 12. You can then use the Guild Rad option to jump straight into the fray with other members and take on the boss for great loot.

How to access the Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss in the Abandoned Stonemason Town?
You can access the Chernobog Boss in the Abandoned Stonemason Town by accessing the area via a portal. However, don't try to venture in alone. As mentioned, with the Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss being level 34, fighting it alone is not recommended.
The other (and safer) method to access the Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss is via the Guild Raid option. It will become available to you once your Guild reaches level 12. This may take some time, so facing the boss in the open world is perhaps the faster option if you are level 40 and above. Just remember to grab a few friends before squaring off against it.

Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss Mechanics: Attack pattern and special moves to look out for
Basic Attack: The Chernobog has basic attacks much like any other boss in Throne and Liberty. However, what makes it stand out is that these attacks are poisonous. They will inflict DPS over time and could become an issue if you are running low on health or do not have a Healer. Consider using a ranged character build to stay out of its melee attack range and deal damage from afar.
Fury Attack: The Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss has a Fury Attack that does AOE damage to all players within the affected radius. The good thing about this attack is that you can either choose to dodge or block it depending on what you want to do.
If you are not confident of timing a perfect block, you can always take the less risky approach and merely step back. However, if you are using a melee character build, this will slow down the overall progress as you will have to re-engage once the Fury Attack is over. So, for the sake of the team, it's better to block if you are the main DPS dealer.
Burrow Attack: One of the most unique (and deadly) abilities of the Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss is that it can burrow. During this attack, it will dig underground and reappear in a random part of the area. Look for yellow circles on the ground. These will serve as an indicator as to where the boss will resurface.
If you happen to be standing on one of the circles as the Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss breaks through the ground, you will take some damage. Hence, it's best to avoid being hit as your Healer will be needed during the main fight again.
Petrifying: Once the Chernobog breaks the ground for the final time, they will shoot up into the hit and fall back to the ground with a slam. Players within the radius will be petrified and will be unable to move for a while. Steer clear of the Chernobog once it lands or risk being stuck in one place and smacked about for a few seconds.
How to prepare for the Chernobog Boss in Throne and Liberty?
Since the Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss is melee-oriented, you should consider using a ranged DPS character to stay out of range of its attacks. Let another experienced player get in close and steal its attention for the duration of the fight. However, remember that when it uses its Burrow Attack, you need to pay attention to the ground beneath you. If a yellow ring appears, move away immediately.

Aside from this, there isn't much in terms of preparation. Just be cautious of getting close to the Throne and Liberty Chernobog Boss and everything should be good. Remember to also use Cooking Recipes to gain buffs before the boss fight. Some can be shared with the entire party as well.
