The most common example of the Collision Chance is the push effect from Strategic Rush and Chain Hook skill which pulls. Both these effects depend on your character's collision stats. It's a useful way to knock back certain enemies and can be lifesaving against melee-dependent opponents. However, other status effects like stun, bind, or sleep don't depend on this stat as they have their separate modifiers.

Whenever your in-game character has a higher Collision Chance in Throne and Liberty than the opponent, the effect has a higher chance of occurring. This chance increases by 4% for every 10-point difference in the stats between you and the enemy. However, if your collision stats are lower compared to the opponent, the chances of landing a collision attack greatly decrease.

While the collision stats are not the most sought-after effects, it can be useful to upgrade them for players who rely on physical attacks and maintain some distance from enemies. Alternatively, it might be better for you to focus on other stats that have a higher chance of occurrence when fighting. Those would make it easier to win in combat and take fights against more lethal boss monsters.

In case you take up a Tank role, the collision stats could become vital to your late-game performance. So make sure you understand your character's role on the battlefield and adopt the most effective build before diving into the game’s grind.
