That said, here is how to craft the Sapphire Dimensional Band in Throne and Liberty:

• You will first need to gather all required materials for the item. This includes resources like Precious Pure Gold, Precious Magic Powder, Precious Polished Crystal, and Precious Lithograph Sapphire Dimensional Band.
• Once you have all of the loot secured, head to the town and find the Accessories Crafter NPC (non-playable character).
• This is where you can craft the ring accessory and equip it for your character. However, this epic item, like all other epic tier accessories, can only be crafted by interacting with the Senior Accessory Crafter NPC.

Obtaining the Precious Lithograph Sapphire Dimensional Band can be difficult. Thus, we recommend grinding the game and getting the ring from the open world instead of crafting it.
