Saurodoma Island in Throne and Liberty is a location that is not a part of the main quest storyline, but one that you can travel to if you are taking part in side quests or endgame tasks. At the launch of the game, Saurodoma Island was the designated endgame area. It is a place for players who have reached the highest level in the game, and traveling to this island can be a bit challenging.

How to unlock Saurodoma Island in Throne and Liberty?
In order to travel to Saurodoma Island, you first have to unlock it. This can be done by completing the Ruler of Lycan Milestone in the Frenzy of Wraiths chapter in Throne and Liberty.

You can check out your progress from the Milestones portion of your menu. The Ruler of Lycan is the sixth Milestone in Chapter Four of the game, Frenzy of Wraiths. It might take some time to reach, but it is an important Milestone. This is because once you complete it, the Gigantrite, which is a large flying whale, will travel to another path southward, that leads to the Island.

How to reach Saurodoma Island in Throne and Liberty?
Once you have completed the Milestone and added a new path to the Gigantrite's routes, the animal will act as a taxi for you to travel to Saurodoma Island. Just hitch a ride on the Gigantrite, and it will take you to the island, where you can then activate the waypoint. This will let you fast-travel to the location anytime in the future.
You can also swim to Saurodoma Island, but it will take significantly longer. Hence, you are better off with the Gigantrite option.

As mentioned earlier, Saurodoma Island is a high-level area, and it would be best if you were at Level 50 before getting there. The place is filled with strong enemies and dungeons, so being high-level and properly geared-up is important.
