Throne and Liberty Lost Souls is a quest in the Exploration Codex that you can choose to complete. It is a fairly straightforward mission with objectives that can be easily achieved. It does not subject you to fighting hordes of monsters and is mostly concentrated on climbing around and finding a special orb to free some wandering souls from the world of Solisium.

Like all Codex missions, you can secure a list of rewards by completing the Throne and Liberty Lost Souls quest. The mission will have you traveling to the Shattered Temple region to begin it once it's activated through the Exploration Codex tab. Fortunately, there is only a single tricky step in this quest which comes at the end.

This article will highlight the best way to complete the Throne and Liberty Lost Souls quest.

How to complete Throne and Liberty Lost Souls quest

You must start the quest from your Codex tab. The mission can be found under the Shattered Temple drop-down in the Exploration Codex menu. Once this is done, you must travel to the Light Sanctum Ruins in Shattered Temple.

Here is a quick overview that you can use to complete the objectives:

Interact and complete a conversation with the Wizard present just outside the temple gates. This NPC (Non-Playable Character) can be spotted quite easily as it will be looking down at a pit.
Once you complete the conversation, go down to the pit and interact with the ghost orb present at the bottom. These orbs will be present near the souls grouped up around the waterfall. This action will release the souls from the region.
Teleport to the waypoint and reach inside the ruined tower by climbing the branches. After climbing up, you can enter the tower by opening the window near the highest branch. Here, you must find and activate the Soul Magic Orb. Your character will be engulfed in fire as soon as you complete the interaction. At this point, use a glide morph to get to the nearby waterfall as quickly as possible.
You can simply touch the water to remove the flames from your character. As soon as this is complete, your second last objective will be marked as completed.
Travel back to the Wizard and interact to complete a new conversation. The Wizard will appreciate your efforts and provide you with the rewards for completing the quest.

It is important to note that the Soul Magic Orb casts fire on your character upon interaction. It is best to complete this step quickly and return to the waterfall since this part has a timer. Waiting for a long time can fail the task completion, after which you would need to return to the tower and repeat the entire maneuver.
