The Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss is an open-world entity that you can defeat to get some amazing loot. Unlike most other bosses in the game, Morokai uses ranged magic attacks and will be able to hit you irrespective of distance. However, since there will be a horde of players attacking Morokai at once, you should be safe for the most part.
In addition to being an open-world boss, you can even take on Morokai via the Guild Raid mechanic in-game. You will gain access to them once your Guild reaches level 3. That said, you shouldn't try to solo Morokai as they are level 40. It's always best to strategize and go in with fellow Guild members.
Everything you need to know about the Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss
How to access the Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss in Carmine Forest?
There are two ways to access the Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss. Once you reach the appropriate level, you can venture into the Carmine Forest and look for them. If you're lucky, you may find a group of players waiting for the boss to spawn and join in the fight for loot.
The other method is to join a Guild and wait until it reaches level 3. This is when the option to fight Morokai with other Guild members will become available to you. This is a far better option as you will be able to plan and choose character builds to counter the boss. Also, there will be more experienced players who can guide and provide you with consumables to boost your stats before the fight.

Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss Mechanics: Attack pattern and special moves to look out for
Basic Attack: Much like all other bosses in Throne and Liberty, Morokai has a basic attack that can bounce about depending on who's dealing the most DPS. It's nothing majorly alarming, but Healers will have to be on their toes and move about to restore HP to the player that is being attacked.
Fury Attack: The Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss has a rather unique Fury Attack. When activated, it will bounce from player to player if they do not block it. This may not seem like a threat, but if a player has already sustained damage from the Basic Attack and then is hit with a Fury Attack, they may be killed. Again, all of this depends on how proficient the team is at tackling the boss together and timing their blocks as perfectly as possible.

Purple Circles of LIghtning: With the Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss relying heavily on magic attacks, they have a few tricks up their sleeve. One of the hardest-hitting abilities the boss has will summon Purple Circles of Lightning on the ground.
It may not seem like much, but targeted players will receive a jolt of lightning that has a small AOE radius. Whoever is caught within this radius, will take damage. This is where the team has two options: you can either run out of the radius to avoid taking damage or the affected player can run away from their teammates to avoid damaging them.
Lightning Strike: The second phase will begin after you reduce the Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss' health to less than 50%. In this phase, an additional attack, best described as a Lightning Strike, will occur at intervals.
There's no way to block this attack, so you will have to take shelter from it by hiding behind one of the four pillars surrounding Morokai. Just be sure to get behind the pillar in time or you will sustain a lot of damage.
How to prepare for the Morokai Boss in Throne and Liberty?
Now that you know the attack patterns and abilities of the Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss, you might be wondering how to best prepare for the fight. If you plan on functioning as the DPS dealer, you may want a good Healer by your side. Morokai will focus their attack on the player dealing the highest damage, and if it happens to be you, staying in the fight and alive will be your top priority.

If you would like to stay as far away from the chaos as possible, consider using a Ranged build. This should keep you out of harm's way for the majority of the fight except for when the Lightning Strike ability is unleashed. You will then have to hide behind one of the four pillars located next to the Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss.
It is also recommended that you take on the Throne and Liberty Morokai Boss with your Guild instead of players you've just met. This will ensure good coordination and teamwork as his Fury Attack has to be blocked by all parties or it will bounce about. It will also give you time to plan the attack and use Cooking Recipes to buff your character's stats.
