Nirma in Throne and Liberty is a Level 50 boss that you can challenge alongside your guild members. Nirma may not be very agile, but you and your allies may bite the dust before you realize thanks to its devastating AOE attacks. So it’s vital that you have an idea about its attack patterns and mechanics before you face the boss.
In this guide, we have shared everything you will need to know about facing and defeating Nirma in Throne and Liberty.
Where can you find Nirma in Throne and Liberty?
Nirma, also known as the Lightning Elder, is located on the fifth floor of Syleus’s Abyss, positioned in the southwest region of the game’s map. The dungeon closes at night, so the raid is only accessible during the day while exploring the open world.
If you have a Guild Summon Stone, you can bypass this restriction and teleport your entire team to the boss fight area even during nighttime. Additionally, if your guild has reached Level 15, you can access the raid from the Guild Hall.

How to defeat Nirma in Throne and Liberty
Nirma is a stationary boss, meaning it does not move around the arena but rotates to face its target. So, it’s basically a glorified Scarecrow. You can use its lack of mobility against it and claim victory.
Attack patterns
Marking players: Nirma consistently targets the player furthest from it with a glowing orb indicator. They will be the primary target of its focused attacks. The marked player should maintain distance while moving in a clockwise direction to prevent overlapping damage zones with allies.
Fury Attack: Nirma occasionally uses a Fury Attack, which bounces between allies near the marked player, dealing significant area-of-effect (AoE) damage. They need to remain opposite of the marked ally, making sure the AoE does not affect the group. The marked player should maintain distance or they will end up damaging teammates.
Electrical AoE cones: When Nirma declares, “Cry in desperation!”, it casts multiple lightning cone AoEs across the platform, leaving electrified zones on the ground. These areas linger briefly and apply a debuff to anyone caught in them. Avoid getting hit by this AoE; each stack of the debuff halves the healing received, while two stacks make healing almost entirely ineffective.
Platform-wide AoE: When Nirma spins and raises its staff, it channels a platform-wide electrical blast. Players have a few seconds to react before the blast hits, dealing considerable damage to everyone on the field. Jump just before the blast to avoid damage. With proper timing, you can prevent significant HP loss.
