Throne and Liberty Terrific Trio of Carmine Forest quest is a story mission that makes up the entire Chapter 4. Players cannot access this part without completing the previous tasks in Chapter 3, Veterans Never Die. So it is important to make sure that you have completed all the prerequisites to unlock and activate the next chapter missions while playing the game.

Fortunately, the quest itself can be completed with a bit of grinding, as the objectives are clear but will take some time.

How to complete the Throne and Liberty Terrific Trio of Carmine Forest (Chapter 4 Adventure Codex)

1) Activate the quest

Head over to the Starlight Observatory Ruins and interact with Lunar-17 to complete the mandatory conversation. You will be asked to find and talk to Rutaine. You will need to get to the Carmine Forest Waypoint to start progressing the new quest - Rutaine, the Genius Wizard.

2) Mana recording devices in Carmine Forest

Rutaine will ask you to find a child named Lucille from Vienta Village. Here, you would need to collect the mana recording devices in Carmine Forest and track Morokai’s movements. You will need to look through Cluster of Spider Eggs to recover the equipment and fight off some monsters.

Once the devices are collected, you can go back to Rutaine and deliver them. You will be asked to visit the Nesting Ground and interact with Robert, the Wind Ranger.

3) The carriages and the Chief Terror Bird Nest

Make your way to the Nesting Grounds Waypoint and interact with Robert. You will need to examine the destroyed carriages in the Nesting Grounds and check for any clues about the Chief Terror Bird Nest.

After checking the carriages, you need to look for an opening and the bird nest. Investigate the corpse of the Chief Bird Terror inside and report back to Robert.

4) Find the children

The investigation will hint at more children missing besides Lucille. You will need to visit Vienta Village and speak to Sophia. She will request you to help out Robert while gathering as much help as possible.

Get back to the Nesting Grounds area and examine the abandoned cart. This will lead you to the tracks of the abductors, children, and Robert. Read two of the mysterious documents present in the area after following the trail and defeating any nearby enemies.

Utilize the grapple points to climb up to the ledge with Aekrum Magic Circle. Defeat the enemies present there again and interact with the circle to follow Robert.

5) Free the children and join the Resistance

As the final part of the Terrific Trio of Carmine Forest quest, you will need to help Robert in combat and defeat all Arkeum Legion enemies. You will need to do the same to save the children. You can then follow the tracks to face off against the Arkeum Commander with DaVinci Aron. Interact with this newfound character and then leave the hideout.

You can then go back to Vienta Village and speak to Sophia. After completing the conversation, you have to visit the place where the Old Flag of Vienta Village is located and investigate the past events with the Infinity Wheel.
