The location of the treasure chest is initially hidden from all players. This is why you will need to acquire a map of the exact location alongside a chest key. Once you obtain both of these items, you can travel to the marked region and secure the reward.

Here is a brief guide that players can follow to get the map for Throne and Liberty Treasure of Daybreak:

Head to the Monolith Wastelands Waypoint and eliminate a few Flame Fighters. One of the enemies will drop a Loot Chest Key, used to obtain the map.
After obtaining the key, travel to the Sandflame Bandit base, which is located to the southeast of the Monolith Wastelands Waypoint. The base can be identified with the help of the red and white tents and will be filled with hostile forces.
You can use your stealth skills to get through them without drawing attention. Head to the largest tent in the area and unlock the chest inside. It will be located at the end of the bed inside the tent.
You can also choose to fight off all the opponents inside the base. However, this might take up a lot of your time.
After opening the chest with the key, pick up A Mysterious Copy of a Map. This item can later be found in your collection.

The location of the loot for the Treasure of Daybreak quest is a bit complicated. Players can follow the instructions provided below to quickly reach the area:

Teleport to the Sandworm Lair Waypoint.
After teleporting, face West and then a little toward South. At this point, you should be able to spot two Monoliths with a blue glow in the general direction.
Head to the smaller glowing Monolith and check visually for two spiked stone structures.
Go to the structure which is furthest away from the Monolith.
The chest should be available to loot in this area. You can also use the picture of the map from your collection to confirm the location.

As the name of the quest suggests, the chest can only be secure during the daytime. Since the game has a day and night time rotation, you might need to wait a while till it is daytime on your server.

During the daytime, you will find the “Chest Buried in the Sand”. You can then open this chest without any hassle and secure the item inside it. This will mark the Throne and Liberty Treasure of Daybreak quest as completed.
