That said, here is a brief guide that you can follow to start and complete the Won! Golem Manastone quest:

The mission will start only when you visit the Golem Crafter. This NPC will be marked on your map when you enter the Abandoned Stonemason Town Waypoint. You must interact with him and complete the conversation where you will be requested to fetch the Golem Manastone from the Auction house.
First, you must travel to one of the spawn locations of Giant Crystal Scorpions. This is an elite class monster, which means that they are fewer in number and drop better items. One can be spotted by checking for a red skull marker on the map.
These scorpions can be eliminated with ease if you spam your best abilities on them for a while. However, it is best to isolate the fight as nearby monsters might start attacking you if your skills spread too far.
You can then go ahead and enter the Auction house. It will be located at the Wrecked Quarry Wheel which can be found by simply following the mining cart tracks. Once at the entrance, you have to interact with the guard and hand over the Flawless Crystal that you would have obtained after killing the Giant Crystal Scorpion.
You will have a limited amount of currency to bid in the auction so it is important to be patient and bid on the correct item. The host will talk about a precious item and that it is an enormous concentrate made of magic before calling the bids. This is when you need to be alert.
The maximum amount for bidding in this situation is 50 Mica. So you can wait till the bidding reaches a total of 40 Mica and then place the highest offer to outbid other participants.
Once you have won the item, you will obtain it and can then go back to the Golem Crafter. Interact with the NPC and use the manastone to complete the quest.
