The following perks are recommended on the VS Gravitic Arrest Fusion Rifle for PvE:

• Smallbore for increased Stability and Range.
• Accelerated Coils for reduced Charge Time and a slight reduction in damage.
• Repulsor Brace for gaining an overshield after defeating a target with Void debuff.
• Withering Gaze for weakening the target after aiming the weapon for a short duration.

The perk combination mentioned above will help you apply weaken on demand and gain an overshield upon defeating the weakened enemy. Demolitionist can be a great perk in the third column for additional Grenade energy.
