The following perks are recommended on the new Arc Dungeon Auto Rifle for PvE:

Hammer Forged Rifling for increased Range on the weapon.
Ricochet Rounds for increased Range and Stability.
Strategist for generating Class Ability Energy with kills. This weapon's Stability can be improved by using Class Ability.
Jolting Feedback for inflicting Jolt after repeated damage. The effect goes faster when the user is Amplified.

Attrition Orbs is a great perk to have on the third column, especially if you do not need Class Ability Energy. Instead, Attrition Orbs can help players gather Super Energy.
