The changes that Warframe's Companion Rework 2.0 will introduce will be just as massive as the first Companion Rework from about a year ago. All eyes were set on the Smeeta Kavat nerf question, but we now have a much bigger new toy to chew on: dedicated companion weapons. All beast companions will now have their dedicated moddable weapon slots.
While the Sister Hounds and MOAs already had the option to wield an exclusive set of weaponry, organic companions like Kubrows and Kavats didn't. Warframe's upcoming update, Koumei and the Five Fates, is set to change that on October 2, 2024.
All new Posture Mods in Warframe (Koumei and the Five Fates update)
With Warframe's Companion Rework 2.0, all Kubrows, Kavats, Predasites, and Vulpaphylas now get their exclusive Claws. These are not interchangeable, but they will come with all-new Posture Mods that go on the Stance slot of the weapon's mod setup.
Here are all the Posture mods in Warframe, to be introduced in the Koumei and the Five Fates update:

All new beast weapons after Warframe Companion Rework 2.0
To make the new moddable weapon system for beasts more viable as a form of damage rather than just utility, each beast claw will also have individualized stats. Here are all the beast weapons coming to Warframe with Companion Rework 2.0:
Kubrows
Previously, all types of Kubrows had 304 damage, 5% status chance, 10% crit chance, and 3x crit damage.
- Chesa Kubrow: Damage 275, Status 15%, Critical 15%/1.5x
- Huras Kubrow: Damage 350, Status 5%, Critical 20%/3.5x
- Raksa Kubrow: Damage 250, Status 20%, Critical 7.5%/2.5x
- Sahasa Kubrow: Damage 300, Status 5%, Critical 10%/3x
- Sunika Kubrow: Damage 550, Status 7.5%, Critical 7.5%/3.5x
Helminth Charger previously had 350 Damage. It will now have 200 Slash damage plus an additional non-combining 50 Toxin damage.
Predasites
Farmable from Deimos with Predasite revivification, these infested dogs did not see much use before. Previously, all types of Predasites had 304 damage, 5% status chance, 10% crit chance, and 3x crit damage. They now have the following claw stats:
- Medjay Predasite: Damage 350, Status 20%, Critical 10%/3x
- Pharaoh Predasite: Damage 325, Status 25%, Critical 7.5%/2.5x
- Vizier Predasite: Damage 300, Status 30%, Critical 5%/2x
Kavats
All types of Kavat originally had 80 damage, 7.5% status chance, 20% crit chance, and 2.5x crit damage. These stats were already pretty good, so Kavats are the class of beast companions to benefit the least from these new beast weapons:
- Adarza Claws: Damage 90, Status 5%, Critical 30%/2.5x
- Smeeta Claws: Damage 80, Status 7.5%, Critical 20%/2x
- Vasca Claws: Damage 110, Status 25%, Critical 15%/2x
Vulpaphylas
Vulpaphylas were meta before the first Companion Rework hit since they were the only creatures that reincarnated themselves after death. Panzer Vulpaphyla in particular saw a lot of use and might return to being the meta companion. Previously, all Vulphaphylas had the same weapon stats as Kavats. Now, their stats are as follows:
- Crescent Claws: Damage 100, Status 17.5%, Critical 22.5%/2x
- Panzer Claws: Damage 90, Status 12.5%, Critical 25%/2x
- Sly Claws: Damage 80, Status 20%, Critical 20%/2x
Hound weapons are also getting a buff. Their base damage has been increased from 125 to 300.
Note that the developers mentioned there will be no Riven Mods for these new beast weapons after Companion Rework 2.0. They may revisit the idea in the future, but there are no plans for it for the time being.
