Warframe will get three more updates this year, making for an abundant 2024 roadmap

2024 has been a phenomenal update for Warframe so far, and the steam is only going to pick up from here on out. Only halfway into the year, we already had two new Warframes, two Prime Access packs, two major updates, massive quality-of-life changes, and two new entire Clan Operations.

However, announcements in TennoCon 2024 project an even more exciting half from here on out. This article looks back at an exciting year for all of Tenno and details what more you can expect from Warframe in 2024.

Looking back on (and forward to) the most successful year in recent Warframe history

Warframe hit the ground running in 2024, thanks to the jam-packed Whispers in the Walls update from last year, as well as the momentum from Operation Gargoyle's Cry. Here's a brief throwback:

• January 2024: Gauss Prime Access, with arguably the best Prime Access trailer of all time.
• March 2024: Dante Unbound update, a mainline update, came with a new Warframe and two new Incarnon weapons.
• May 2024: Protea Prime Access, as well as a new Nightwave Volume with the debut of 'Daybreak' skins, Tenet Glaxion, and Kuva Sobek
• June 2024: Jade Shadows update, the titular angelic Warframe, and an epoch-making list of changes to status effects and enemy armor scaling.

As unveiled during TennoCon 2024, we are not remotely finished with this year's festivities. The road to Warframe 1999 is waylaid by two interim updates. Here's everything we know in brief:

• August 2024: Lotus Eaters update, and Sevagoth Prime Access
• Fall 2024: Unannounced Update with quality-of-life changes including item favoriting, a Caliban rework, and Companion Rework 2.0. More details to be announced during this year's Tokyo Games Show.
• Winter 2024: Warframe 1999 update, what all of us are waiting for with bated breath.
• Even though no release window has been announced, Warframe Android is supposed to be coming 'soon', as Digital Extremes' Geoff Crookes confirmed during TennoCon 2024.

Warframe 1999 will definitely be the icing on the cake and is the most-anticipated of updates we have been dreaming of since last Christmas. Overall, it's astounding how eventful the waiting queue has been thus far.
