The Wanted Status in Palworld is a debuff that puts some restrictions on players. While you can do all kinds of morally questionable things in-game, such as using your Pals as free labor and manufacturing weapons, Palworld draws the line when hurting humans and stealing items or Pals that belong to other factions.
In this guide, we share everything you need to know about removing the Wanted Status in Palworld.

Complete faction quests or favors
Repair your reputation by completing tasks for the offended faction. This approach not only removes your Wanted level but also improves your standing.
Kill the witnesses
Remove the Wanted Status from escalating by silencing witnesses before they report your crimes. Dead NPCs can’t rat you out.
Surrender and die
Let faction forces kill you. This resets your Wanted Status but comes at the cost of losing all items upon death. If you opt for this method, try to surrender near a fast travel point to come back here once you are dead and get back all your items.
Kill your pursuers
The most straightforward method of them all is to use your weapons or Pals to kill the guards that are chasing you. However, these enemies don’t go down easily so only follow this tactic when all else fails.
Exit and reload
Exit the game and reload your save file. This instantly removes your Wanted Status without further consequences.
