Wild Appalachia was the first expansion for Fallout 76 and it had a lot of heavy lifting to do. After the whole fiasco during the launch, Wild Appalachia had to redeem the game. This expansion brought a lot of new changes, features, and additions to the story. In the end, this expansion wasn’t perfect, but it gave hope to the fans and the title.

After the good reception of Wild Appalachia, the team doubled down on new expansion developments, each an improvement from the previous one. The most recent expansion Skyline Valley is one of its biggest expansions yet, introducing a lot of new features as well as a brand new region to the game.

The Skyline Valley update includes a new map area, Shenandoah National Park which includes new points of interest, such as abandoned electrical stations, wooden huts, radio towers, and the new factions called the Pioneer Scouts of America. There are also new events and story quests.

So, for those who are not a fan of this game, it could take a lot of convincing. However, if you are someone who's planning to play Fallout 76 for the first time or are a returning player to the franchise, then Skyline Valley is completely worth it.
