If you're playing World of Warcraft Classic in Season of Discovery, you would want to know the reset times of each World Boss. Since WoW Classic is nearing the Cataclysm expansion, many are wondering what Blizzard Entertainment will choose to do going forward. There have been suggestions from both staff and players about ways to keep the game entertaining. That said, Azuregos and Lord Kazzak will spawn within the first 48 hours of a weekly reset.

Many are hoping Blizzard chooses to create a new path for World of Warcraft Classic and add content similar to how Jagex innovated with Old School Runescape. For now, the developer has chosen to use existing systems and locations to create new gameplay avenues for players.

In this guide, we explore when and how often World Bosses will reset.

Azuregos is a World Boss that spawns in Azshara, a contested zone in Eastern Kalimdor. Like other world bosses, Azuregos can only be engaged by a single group of players at a time.

Azuregos will spawn at some point within the first 48 hours of a weekly reset. After it has been killed, it will respawn within the next 120 hours.

It's important to note that Azuregos is immune to Arcane damage and highly resistant to Frost damage. The dragon has also been changed from its original implementation to scale for 20 players instead of 40.

When bringing your group to this fight, make sure everyone is standing close so that his teleport ability doesn't cause problems.

Lord Kazzak is a World Boss in World of Warcraft Season of Discovery that spawns in the Tainted Scar, an area in the Southwestern Blasted Lands. Like Azuregos, he can only be engaged by a single group of players at a time.

Lord Kazzak will spawn within the first 48 hours of a weekly reset. After he has been killed he will respawn at some point within the next 120 hours.

When fighting Lord Kazzak, do not bring pets or totems, as any kill he gets will heal him for a massive amount. Players also need to ensure they have enough dispells and healing to deal with his Twisted Reflection debuff and Shadowbolt Volley, respectively. Finally, and maybe most importantly, you must kill Lord Kazzak in under three minutes. If not, he will enrage and kill everyone instantly.

Lord Kazzak has also been adjusted since his original implementation to scale for 20 players instead of 40. This should make it considerably easier for players to organize teammates and properly deal with mechanics.
