Rainfall Reaper is one of the strangest Elite enemies in the game. It is especially dangerous when you are at a lower level compared to it. Do not engage this enemy in close combat. The best bet for you to defeat this monster is to be at a higher level compared to it and use ranged weapons. You can also use elemental damage like fire and electricity to get a boost to damage.
That said, you can still defeat this enemy even if you are at a lower level compared to it, as long as you carry a steady supply of Activators and Adrenaline Shots if things go bad in the Sutherland Chemical Plant elite fight.
