Alexander Michael Warren Bowman is an American stock-car racing driver, competing in the NASCAR Cup Series. As of February 2025, Bowman has participated in the Cup Series for a decade starting 326 races. Bowman races the no.48 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Hendrick Motorsports. He is confirmed to drive for the team during the 2025 season. Bowman has achieved Rookie of the Year awards in the lower NASCAR series. He was the Rookie of the Year in the 2011 K&N Pro Series East, 2012 ARCA Racing Series and the 2009 USAC National Midget Championship. Alex Bowman is a NASCAR record holder. He has the most consecutive and most number of front row starts at the Daytona 500 race in NASCAR with six starts to his name, as of February 2025.
