Located in Austin, Texas, the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix is a NASCAR Cup Series stock car race at Circuit of the Americas. Although it was introduced in 2021, it was previously known as EchoPark Texas Grand Prix from 2021 to 2022. On the same weekend, Focused Health 250, a NASCAR Xfinity race, is also held on the same occasion. The track has 20 turns and a total of 95 laps.
The EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix is 3.426 miles (5.514 km) long and was branded as the EchoPark Texas Grand Prix after Speedway Motorsports announced the same on February 25, 2021. On May 23, 2021, the inaugural race was cut short to only 54 laps due to heavy rain and Chase Elliot emerged as the winner of the first-ever NASCAR Cup Series race at the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix. However, an announcement on November 20, 2024, stated that the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series races would be held on the 2.356 miles (3.792 km) track layout from 2025. The track was opened in 2012 for events like Formula One's United States Grand Prix and Moto GP's Motorcycle Grand Prix of the Americas. At the time, Texas Motor Speedway used to host two Cup Series races and was situated three hours away from Austin. Their agreement with NASCAR prevented NASCAR from adding more races in the neighboring region.
