Joey Logano is the youngest driver in the NASCAR Cup Series and the Xfinity Series to win a race, as of February 2025. He claimed his first victory in Xfinity at the age of 18 and his first win in the Cup at the age of 19. Joey Logano is also a three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, having won the titles in 2018, 2022 and 2024 respectively. He was the Cup Series Rookie of the Year in 2009. He was also named among the 75 Greatest NASCAR Drivers in 2023.

Joseph Thomas Logano is a NASCAR Cup Series driver for Team Penske, racing the no. 22 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. He also drives the no.15 Ford Mustang part-time in the Xfinity Series. He has been competing in NASCAR for 17 years and has completed 579 races, as of February 2025. Joey Logano has won 36 races and secured 287 Top-10s in the Cup Series, as of February 2025. Logano managed to claim four victories throughout the 2024 season and won the NASCAR Cup Series Championship race for the 2024 Cup Series title. He is the defending Cup Series champion.

He got his nickname even before he entered the NASCAR scene. Randy LaJoie was confident that Joey would achieve a lot of fame and success in NASCAR owing to his raw talent. Mark Martin who is also a former NASCAR driver and veteran winner put his faith in Joey Logano when he was merely 15.

Joey Logano started his racing career as a six-year-old Quarter-Midget Racer. He lived in Middletown, Connecticut. He won his first championship in 1997 in the Eastern Grand National Championship in the Junior Stock Car Division. Logano made his Xfinity Series debut at Dover in 2008. He won his first race in 2008 at the Meijer 300. He started his full-time career in NASCAR with Joe Gibbs Racing.
