Kyle Busch is among the 75 Greatest Drivers of NASCAR according to their list in 2023. Busch is also the record holder in the Xfinity Series with 102 wins to his name. He started his career as a full-time driver in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2005. Since then, he has won at least a single race in 19 consecutive seasons he has competed. In his rookie season, he was able to place himself at the top steps of the podium twice with a pole position to his name. Busch’s records are not just limited to a singular series, he also has the most race wins in Xfinity as well as Truck Series.

However, Kyle Busch was unable to qualify for the playoffs in the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season. Busch finished 20th in the driver standings of the NASCAR Cup Series in 2024. He was unable to continue his record-holding run of winning a race every season. In his NASCAR Cup Series career, Busch was the recipient of the 2016 and 2019 ESPY Best Driver of the Year awards as well.

Kyle Busch's wins

Busch has 63 career Cup Series wins, making him the winningest active driver and placing him ninth on the all-time wins list as of 2025. He is also the all-time wins leader in the Xfinity Series (102) and the Truck Series (67). In total, he holds a record 232 victories across all three series.

Kyle Busch is one of the most successful drivers in NASCAR history. He competes in all three national series and races full-time in the Cup Series for Richard Childress Racing. He is a two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion (2015, 2019) and won the regular-season title in 2018 and 2019. From 2015 to 2019, he consistently made the Championship 4.

Busch’s achievements also include victories in prestigious races like the Brickyard 400 (2015, 2016), Coca-Cola 600 (2018), and Southern 500 (2008). He has won the Busch Clash (2012, 2021), Daytona Duel (2009, 2013, 2016), and Monster Energy NASCAR All-Star Race (2017). He was named NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers (2023) and has won multiple ESPY awards for Best Driver (2016, 2019).

According to NASCAR's official website, Kyle Busch has claimed 48 pole positions in the NASCAR Cup Series as of March 2025. The Richard Childress Racing driver was able to clinch one pole in the 2024 Cup Series at the Wurth 400 race. He finished the race in fourth position with the fastest lap. Busch has won 12 races while starting from pole position in the NASCAR Cup Series. He won his first race from pole position at the Chicagoland 400 race while competing for Joe Gibbs Racing in 2008. Busch won his last race from pole position in 2023 at the Enjoy Illinois 300 race. In 2025, he has not finished at pole as of March.
