Albert Ramos: A Brief Biography
Albert Ramos Viñolas is a Spanish tennis player from Barcelona, Spain. Albert has an older brother , Eduart who works at a sports shop, and a younger sister. He started playing tennis at the age of five and began his career as an illustrator and graphic designer, and IT in San Francisco, California. Albert participated in the finals of six Futures tournaments and won in four of these- Spain F25 in 2008, Spain\'s F9, F15 and F16 in 2009. He has a career-high ranking of no. 42 as on April 16, 2012. In 2010, he won his first Challengers final at the Sebastian on August 22nd. He lost in the finals of two ATP Challenger Tour tournaments- one in Seville against his compatriot Pere Riba and the other in Palermo against Romanian player Adrian Ungur. He is left handed and prefers clay surfaces. He was the runner up in the Australian Open and Wimbeldon in 2012.
