Home-schooled alongside his siblings, including his sister Caroline Dubois, a successful boxer in her own right, Daniel dedicated himself to the sport from an early age. He amassed an impressive amateur record, becoming a five-time national junior titlist and British champion before turning professional in 2017 at 19. With a professional record of 22 wins, 21 by knockout, and 2 losses, Dubois is scheduled to defend his IBF title against Joseph Parker on February 22, 2025, in Saudi Arabia.
