Dmitry Bivol was born on December 18, 1990, in Tokmak, Kyrgyzstan, and is a professional boxer competing in the light heavyweight division. After an impressive amateur career that included a few national titles, Bivol continued to rise to the top in the light heavyweight division. He won the WBA interim in 2016 and was promoted to full champion status the following year.
