Early Life and Career
Elise Reed started training martial arts at 6 in taekwondo. She began kickboxing when she was 15 and competing in amateur MMA when she was 20.
Reed made her professional atomweight debut on October 25, 2019, at Bellator 231. She fought Rebecca Bryggman and won the fight via technical knockout.
