Juan Monaco: A Brief Biography
Juan Mónaco nicknamed \"Pico\", is a male tennis player from Argentina. In 2002, the same year that he made his debut, Juan won his first Tournament in Jamaica F20 Montego Bay. Monaco started 2004 by winning in São Paulo–1, Brazil defeating Adrián García. 2007 was Monaco\'s most successful year. Monaco entered his home tournament of 2007 Copa Telmex ie Buenos Aires and exited with his first ATP title. He competed in 2007 Hypo Group Tennis International in Pörtschach and won the title against French Player Gaël Monfils. He won his third title of the year in the 2007 Austrian Open. In the doubles Monaco started the year with a win in the 2008 Heineken Open and went on to do the same in 2008 Open de Tenis Comunidad Valenciana, partnering with fellow Argintenian Máximo González. In 2012, Monaco competed in the 2012 VTR Open as the top seed and proceeded to capture the title. He then played in the 2012 U.S. Men\'s Clay Court Championships to claim his fifth career title. At the 2012 Proton Malaysian Open he defeated Julien Benneteau to gain his first hard court title.
