Early Life

Pascal Groß was born on June 20, 1991, in Mannheim, Germany. Groß began his footballing journey at the age of six, joining the youth academy of his local club, SV Waldhof Mannheim. He spent several years in the youth setup at Waldhof Mannheim before joining the academy of Karlsruher SC, another club in the region. In 2009, he was promoted to the club's reserve team, where he continued to hone his skills.

Club Career

Groß was given his first-team debut in 2010, making his professional debut in a 2-0 victory over FC Union Berlin in the 2. Bundesliga. He quickly established himself as a key player for the club, helping them to finish in the top half of the table in the 2010-11 season.

In 2012, Groß moved to FC Ingolstadt 04, where he spent two seasons. During his time there, he made 165 appearances and scored 17 goals. He also played a pivotal role in helping the club secure promotion to the Bundesliga.
