Yacine Brahimi: A Brief Biography
Yacine Brahimi is a French football player who currently plays for Granada CF on loan from Rennes. A technically gifted player, he plays both as an attacking midfielder as well as a winger. Brahimi started his career playing for clubs like ASB Montreuil and CO Vincennois. He signed up with the professional club Stade Rennais after undergoing training for three years at the Clairefontaine academy. Brahimi was then loaned out to club Clermont Foot where he had a successful individual 2009–10 season and quickly became the subject of transfer speculation. However in 2010 Brahimi returned to Rennes inspite of interest from Arsenal and Real Madrid. In Renne, he became a member of a prominent and a formidable team that boasted players such as Damien Le Tallec, Yann M\'Vila, Yohann Lasimant, Kévin Théophile-Catherine, and Samuel Souprayen.
