The very first Candy Corn is found inside the pool in front of the event board.
Get behind the event board and there's a Candy Corn attached to it.
Head to the Downtown Subway Station to find another Candy Corn attached to the wall.
There's another Candy Corn in one of the rooms of the Police Station in Brookhaven RP.
You can find a Candy Corn inside the Grocery store.
Head inside the Brooks Diner and find a Candy Corn behind the counter.
Go inside the Library & Books building to find another Candy Corn.
You can get a Candy Corn inside the Brookhaven Airport.
There is a Candy Corn found behind the Church building.

There's another Candy Corn on the Daycare building's terrace. You can zoom out to find where it's hidden.
Go to the Fire Station and obtain the Candy Corn behind the television.

All Insane Candy Corn locations in Brookhaven RP

On the Insane difficulty level, you will be tasked with finding 35 Candy Corns in Brookhaven RP. They are found in the most tough-to-reach locations. To aid you in this quest, here are the Insane Candy Corn locations below:

You can find one Candy Corn inside a secret passage next to Lake Madison in Brookhaven RP.
Next, you can find a Candy Corn on the higher ground located on the left side of Lake Madison.
Get past Lake Madison's wooden cabin and collect a Candy Corn from the tree behind it.
In front of the cabin, there's a wooden platform on the lake shore below which you can find a Candy Corn.
To find the next Candy Corn, you must go inside the Lake Madison Subway Station. You can find it inside the driver's cabin on the train.
There's one Candy Corn located on the higher ground on the right side of Brookhaven Electric's Solar Panel.
If you explore the abovementioned area a little, there's another Candy Corn, found on a lonely tree on the left side of the Solar Panels.
Use a boat to reach Paradise Island and find a Candy Corn next to a rock.
Find a Candy Corn under the Brookhaven Bank, inside a secret vault. You can reach there by using the elevator inside the bank. Keep in mind that you will need a Keycard (found on the desk) to access the elevator.
Under the Brookhaven Bank, you will find another Candy Corn inside the cell behind the lasers.
Head inside a secret tunnel under the pool in front of the event board. You will find the Candy Corn inside the bunker in the tunnel.
There's Candy Corn hidden inside the walls of the Library & Books. You must change angles to find this one.
You can find a Candy Corn on top of the Brooks Diner's terrace. It is attached to the pumpkin decorative.
There's a Candy Corn attached to the ceiling inside the Parts room of the Auto Shop.
Go to the Downtown Subway Station and click on the "Downtown Station" sign to open a secret passage. The entrance is hidden inside the wall so you will have to pass through it. It's found on the right side of the "Downtown Station" sign. Pass through the walls and you will find a Candy Corn underneath the fountain.
You can get a Candy Corn hidden behind the Wardrobe in Motel's Vacant #2 room.
Go over to the Skate Park to find another Candy Corn.
Head to the Town Hall and enter the Tax Collector room. Jump through the wall on top of the safe and you will find a Candy Corn there.
Once the previous candy is collected, use the stairs to go to the top floor of the Town Hall. Change the camera angle and press a small green button on the right side of the Hexagon-shaped wall decoration. Using that button will bring up a secret passage on the ceiling. You can enter the passage to get another Candy Corn.
Find a Candy Corn beneath the mountain in the Wold Ct. You can use a passage on the backside of the mountain to reach there.
You can get another Candy Corn by heading over to Brookhaven's School. You will find under the school's name, behind the face decorative.
There's a hidden passage inside the mountain behind the Rotten Robbie's building. Find and enter that passage to get another Candy Corn.
You can find a Candy Corn by heading to the left side of the Fire Station. You can get it from the space between the mountain and Fire Station.
Go to the St. Lukes Hospital's entrance and collect the Candy Corn from behind the plant on the right side.
Climb on top of the Police Station and head inside the little tower through the window. You will find a Cotton Candy on the other side of the window.
Visit Cell #2 in the Police Station and enter the vent on the ceiling. Follow the passage inside the vent to find another Candy Corn.
There's a Candy Corn hidden above the tree of the Food Mart. You might have to jump from the mountain behind the Food Mart to get there.
If you manage to squeeze through the space behind the mountain and the Food Mart, you will find another Candy Corn there.
You can get a Candy Corn from the left side of the overpass behind the Brookhaven Airport.
Go to the Auditorium inside the Brookhaven School and get past the door. Walk around the pass and you will find a Candy Corn on top of the blue curtain.
One of the Candy Corn is floating in the air near the spawn area. To get it, simply jump on the diving board next to the pool in the spawn area.
You can find a Candy on the right side of Town Hall. You might have to jump off the Town Hall's roof to collect this one.
Climb the mountain behind the Skate Park and you will find a Candy Corn behind a tree.
There's another one located in the lower parts of the mountain mentioned above, in the brownish areas.
